Designofox Creative LLC ("Designofox," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains the personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.

01

Who we are

In plain English

A Wyoming LLC. Mail goes to Kirkwood, Missouri. Design work is delivered remotely.

02

Information we collect

In plain English

If you ask for a quote, chat with us, or hire us, we keep the details needed to answer, invoice, and design. The form is not a payment form.

We collect information you choose to provide when you request a quote, contact us, use live chat, approve a project, or communicate about billing. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing details, project budget, project brief, brand assets, feedback, chat content, and communications with us.

For contact-email reliability, we store bounded delivery status, provider message and event identifiers, event type, timestamps, message stage, and a short failure category when applicable. We do not store raw webhook payloads or recipient addresses in the delivery-event table.

Listed packages are paid on a Stripe Payment Link. The contact form is not a payment form and rejects likely card-number, bank-account, and routing data before a message is stored or delivered.

03

Information collected automatically

In plain English

Hosting and Termly see basic technical data. tawk.to only runs if you allow Performance and Functionality.

Like most websites, our site may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, browser language, privacy signals, and general country or region signals supplied by hosting infrastructure. We use this information for security, troubleshooting, performance, and consent compliance.

The contact page embeds a Google Map of the approved Designofox Creative LLC listing. Loading that page sends a request to Google and may allow Google to set cookies or collect technical data according to Google's terms.

We use Termly to present privacy choices and remember consent preferences. If you allow Performance and Functionality technologies, the tawk.to live-chat widget may process IP address, browser and device data, pages and session activity, approximate location, and timestamps even if you do not send a message.

04

How we use information

In plain English

We use your details to reply, quote, design, and keep records — not to build an advertising profile.

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, send a receipt acknowledgement, monitor contact-email delivery, prepare quotes, scope projects, send invoices, coordinate approved payments, deliver design services, provide support, maintain business records, prevent abuse, protect our rights, and comply with legal and tax obligations.

How we share information

In plain English

Cloudflare hosts the site. Stripe takes card payments. Google serves the contact-page map. Termly remembers consent. tawk.to only if you allow it.

We share information only as needed to operate the business. Contact and project information may go to Cloudflare for hosting and security, Resend for contact notifications, Migadu for email, and service providers used for approved project delivery. Card payments for listed packages are processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted payment page. The contact-page map embed is served by Google. Consent and technical preference data may go to Termly. If you permit Performance and Functionality technologies, technical and chat data may go to tawk.to. Billing records may go to accounting or invoicing providers used for an approved engagement.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, government request, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for targeted advertising, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals by keeping marketing technologies off.

07

Data retention

In plain English

Inquiries do not live forever. Paid project and tax records stay long enough to support the work and the law.

We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months unless a project begins or a longer period is needed for a business reason. Project files, communications, and approvals are generally retained for up to 7 years so we can support completed work, resolve disputes, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Bounded contact-email delivery events follow the related inquiry's retention schedule. Payment and billing records are retained for the period required by law. We may delete draft files, inactive inquiries, duplicate assets, and expired rate-limit buckets sooner when they are no longer needed.

08

Your privacy rights

In plain English

You can ask for a copy, a correction, a deletion, or a stop on optional tools. Use email, phone, the form, or mail.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, and information about how personal information is shared.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, those rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to fix the issue.

California residents may request to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, but we still provide a privacy choices page and cookie settings controls for requests and preference updates. Residents of other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights, and we will honor a valid request under the law that applies to you.

  • To make a request, use the contact page, email support@designofox.com, call +1 (314) 689-3721, or write to the mailing address shown in the contact section below.
  • To manage optional cookies and similar technologies, use Cookie Settings or Your Privacy Choices in the website footer.
  • We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
  • We aim to respond within 30 days where GDPR applies and within 45 days where California privacy law applies. California law may permit one additional 45-day period when reasonably necessary, with notice.
09

California disclosures

In plain English

This is the CCPA / CPRA list of what we collected in the last 12 months and what we did not sell.

During the preceding 12 months, the site may have collected identifiers and contact details, customer-record information you submitted, commercial or project inquiry information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation derived by infrastructure or optional chat, and professional or employment information you chose to include. Sources are you, your browser or device, hosting and security infrastructure, consent tools, and optional live chat.

These categories are used for the business purposes described above. Identifiers, contact and inquiry information may be disclosed to hosting, security, notification, email, invoicing, and project-delivery providers; technical and consent data may be disclosed to hosting, security, consent, and optional chat providers. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not offer financial incentives for personal information.

California residents may exercise applicable rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out without discriminatory treatment. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that create a right to limit under California law.

10

Security and international transfers

In plain English

The site is served over HTTPS. Some vendors process data in the United States.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS, limited access to business systems, vendor review, and data minimization.

Some service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Provider locations and transfer mechanisms vary. Where applicable law requires it, we use available contractual, legal, or technical safeguards and will provide more information about a relevant transfer on request.

We maintain internal records of our processing activities, vendor transfer mechanisms and destinations, and breach-response procedures, and we can provide relevant detail about a specific transfer or safeguard on request.

11

Children's privacy

In plain English

This studio is for adult business clients.

Our services are intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where that is the relevant age, and we do not direct our services to children. 12

Listed packages are paid on Stripe's page, not on designofox.com. The Pay action for Logo Starter, Brand Identity, or Full Brand + Assets opens that package's Stripe Payment Link for the published USD price. Custom work is still quoted in writing first. Card numbers and security codes stay on Stripe — never in the contact form, inbox, or chat.

The long statement descriptor is DESIGNOFOX CREATIVE. The shortened descriptor/card prefix is DESIGNOFOX*; the [PRODUCT] place is filled with a short label for that payment, not the complete line every bank will print. Some banks recapitalize, squeeze spaces, or drop characters, so the statement may not match this page exactly.
