Designofox Creative LLC ("Designofox," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains the personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide when you request a quote, contact us, use live chat, approve a project, or pay an invoice. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing details, project budget, project brief, brand assets, feedback, chat content, and communications with us.
When a payment is made, payment card details are handled by PCI-compliant payment service providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, browser language, privacy signals, and general country or region signals supplied by hosting infrastructure. We use this information for security, troubleshooting, performance, and consent compliance.
We use Termly to present privacy choices and remember consent preferences. If you allow Performance and Functionality technologies, the tawk.to live-chat widget may process IP address, browser and device data, pages and session activity, approximate location, and timestamps even if you do not send a message.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, scope projects, send invoices, process deposits and balances, deliver design services, provide support, maintain business records, prevent fraud, protect our rights, and comply with legal and tax obligations.
For visitors in jurisdictions that require a legal basis, we rely on contractual necessity to provide requested services, legitimate interests to operate and secure our business, consent where required for optional communications or cookies, and legal obligation for recordkeeping and compliance.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the business. Current website providers include Cloudflare for hosting and security, Termly for consent management, tawk.to for optional live chat, Resend for contact notifications, and Migadu for email. We may also use accounting, invoicing, payment, professional-adviser, and project-delivery providers as needed.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, government request, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for targeted advertising, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals by keeping marketing technologies off.
Data retention
We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months unless a project begins or a longer period is needed for a business reason. Project files, communications, and approvals are generally retained for up to 7 years so we can support completed work, resolve disputes, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
Payment and billing records are retained for the period required by law. We may delete draft files, inactive inquiries, and duplicate assets sooner when they are no longer needed.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, and information about how personal information is shared.
California residents may request to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, but we still provide a privacy choices page and cookie settings controls for requests and preference updates.
- To make a request, use the contact page, call us, or write to the mailing address below.
- To manage optional cookies and similar technologies, use Cookie Settings or Your Privacy Choices in the website footer.
- We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
- We aim to respond within 30 days where GDPR applies and within 45 days where California privacy law applies.
Security and international transfers
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS, limited access to business systems, vendor review, and data minimization.
Some service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual, legal, or technical safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not direct our services to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
